Sample Lease
The lease below is our general lease template. Please note, however, that variances exist between Champaign and Urbana leases, On and Off Campus leases (ex: Pet Policy), and some properties-specific addenda have been created.
After a lease application is approved and unit selected, we will email all prospective tenants a completed lease to sign for their specific property and unit. Feel free to print and review the sample lease and bring any questions with you to the tour - our leasing agents are more than happy to answer questions!
