He was in our apartment today (May 30th, 2018) fixing a number of issues and was incredibly professional, friendly, efficient and communicated everything clearly. He explained what he was doing and what the process would be, which I really appreciated. I hope he keeps working for Ramshaw for a while and that you recognize what an awesome employee he is. Tony & Rolando work extremely hard & non-stop every time they are out at my apartment. I really appreciate how great they keep the property looking. I went out and offered them bottles of water today.
