Move-In Fee

Please Note: Ramshaw Real Estate charges a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee instead of a security deposit.

Since there is no security deposit collected, tenants will not receive a refund at the end of their lease. This move-in fee helps cover administrative and preparation costs for the unit before occupancy.

When returning your keys at the end of your lease, please ensure all personal belongings are removed, and the unit is left in good condition. If you have any questions regarding the move-out process, please contact our office.

For tenants who drop off keys after hours, please be sure to leave updated contact information in case follow-up communication is needed. If you have any concerns after move-out, feel free to reach out to the Ramshaw Real Estate office for further assistance.
